Delete your Noor Notes account

Account deletion is available directly inside Noor Notes and permanently removes your user profile and sign-in account.

Delete from the app

  1. Open Noor Notes and sign in.
  2. Open the Profile tab.
  3. Tap Settings.
  4. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
  5. Review the warning, then confirm Delete Account.

Deletion begins immediately and signs you out.

What is deleted

Your Noor Notes user profile, sign-in account, active invitation codes, device notification token, and data tied only to your user record are deleted from active systems. A Noor Link with no remaining members is deleted with its content.

What may remain

If another member remains in a Noor Link, that link may stay as closed history for them, including content previously shared in the space. The link can no longer be used as an active connection. Limited records may also be retained when required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or temporary backups, as described in our Privacy Policy.

App Store subscriptions

Deleting your Noor Notes account does not cancel an Apple App Store subscription.

To cancel, open iOS Settings, tap your name, choose Subscriptions, select Noor Notes, and tap Cancel Subscription.

If you cannot access the app

Email [email protected] from the email associated with your account. We may request limited information to verify that you own the account before deleting it.
