How do I create or join a Noor Link?

Open your profile and choose Noor Links. Create a link to receive an invitation code, or choose Join Noor Link and enter the code shared with you. Treat invitation codes like private invitations.

Why did a reminder or widget not update?

Confirm that notifications are enabled for Noor Notes in iOS Settings and that Background App Refresh is available. Open Noor Notes once to refresh the latest information. If the issue continues, restart the app and contact support with your iOS version and app version.

How do I manage or cancel Noor Notes Pro?

Open iOS Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Select Noor Notes to view, change, or cancel the subscription. Apple handles billing and eligible refund requests.

Does deleting the app cancel my subscription?

No. Removing the app or deleting a Noor Notes account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it separately in your Apple ID subscription settings.

How do I delete my account?

In Noor Notes, open Profile, choose Settings, then Delete Account. Review the warning and confirm. More details are available in our account deletion guide.

How does the Qibla compass use my location?

With permission, location and compass heading are processed on your iPhone to calculate the direction. Noor Notes does not send this location to its servers.
